Breakfast or Brunch
The choice is yours! For our
guests convenience we serve up to 11.30 am.
As well as a traditional English breakfast with fantastic
local Salehurst bacon and sausages, the breakfast menu may
also include undyed Wealden smoked haddock with organic
poached eggs or scrumptious Parmesan scrambled eggs with
locally smoked salmon on toasted butter muffins.
Freshly baked bread, organic butter and homemade
preserves, yoghurts with homemade organic
fruit compotes, and a choice of organic juices and cereals complete
a great start to your day. We know that many of our
continental guests prefer a meat and cheese platter
instead of a cooked breakfast and this available upon
request.
Should it be one of those rare, wonderful English
summer mornings when the sun is high and the heat is already shimmering
over the Sussex Weald, how about breakfast outside under
the shade of the pergola heavy with grape vine and enjoy
the marvellous scenery!
